Who processes the data
The data you leave in the questionnaire is processed by Rekrutio, which administers this site and job-matching in Poland. The purpose of processing is an initial assessment of your application and matching to relevant job offers.
What data we collect
In the questionnaire we ask only for what is needed to match you with a job offer: field and work experience, current location and willingness to relocate, right to work in Poland (no document numbers or scans), preferred schedule, need for housing/transport, level of Polish language, rate expectations, and contact details (name, phone, messenger).
We deliberately do not ask for photos, document scans, national ID numbers, passport numbers, exact home address, marital status, or health information.
Legal basis
- Consent — to contact you about job offers (what you confirm via the checkbox in the questionnaire).
- Legitimate interest — for the initial technical processing of your application until a recruiter contacts you.
Retention periods
- The application stays active for the duration of matching and for a further 90 days after the last contact with you; if employment does not occur, the data is moved to archive.
- Consent for future job-offer proposals is valid for 12 months from the date given and can be withdrawn at any time.
- Incomplete questionnaires are kept for no longer than 30 days.
- Archived profiles are deleted or anonymized after 24 months of inactivity.
Your rights
You have the right to find out what data we hold, to request its correction or deletion, and to withdraw consent for future proposals at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the phone/messenger you left in the questionnaire, or write to the recruiter who contacted you.
