Terms of Use and Refund Policy

Applies to the paid employer subscription on rekrutio.org.

Who provides the service

The Rekrutio service (rekrutio.org) administers candidate matching for employers hiring staff in Poland. By registering an employer account and/or purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

What the service includes

The employer dashboard gives access to candidate matching for your job postings and to unlocking their contact details. Matching is based on data candidates provide themselves in the questionnaire; Rekrutio does not guarantee that a given candidate will agree to an interview or accept a job.

A new employer account is manually verified by a recruiter before contact unlocking becomes available.

Free trial period

After publishing the first vacancy, a free trial period begins: up to 30 unlocked contacts per day for 7 days. The trial requires no payment and no card.

Paid plans

• $99/month — up to 50 unlocked contacts per day.
• $199/month — up to 100 unlocked contacts per day.

The subscription is processed via Stripe and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the employer dashboard (subscription management section). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — access at your plan remains available until that date, and no further charge is made.

Refunds

Because a full free trial (7 days, 30 contacts/day) is available before any payment, funds for an already-started paid period are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid the next charge — access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

If you believe a charge was made in error (e.g. a technical fault in the service), write to info@rekrutio.org — we will review the request individually.

Processing of personal data

Candidate data used in matching is processed according to the personal data processing policy. The employer agrees to use candidate contact details received only for the purpose of hiring for the published vacancy.
